Terry Esau has over 10 years in the non-profit sector, having exercised his leadership as the founder of Free Bikes 4 Kidz in 2010. He has been instrumental in catalyzing the move from a Minnesota-only platform to the 13 US cities that FB4K currently calls home. Terry has been recognized for his societal contributions both nationally (USA Today Make A Difference award) and internationally (Guinness World Records). In addition to his bicycle advocacy, Terry is a musician/composer/producer, having created musical ad campaigns for Target, McDonalds, Pepsi, Harley Davidson and hundreds of others. He is also a published author and speaker on various topics. He has six grandkids, all who were riding bikes before the age of three.
