Cass serves as the President and Executive Director for the Safe Routes Partnership. Cass has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience at both the Executive and Senior Staff levels.
Bill first joined the League of American Bicyclists in 2002 and brings a deep knowledge of all of the League's programs and work throughout the country.
