Amanda Carey
Amanda has been involved with NICA since 2015 when she started her local Teton Valley Composite Team as part of the Idaho League.
Sabra Connell
Sabra is the executive director of Little Bellas and has been part of the leadership team for over 16 years. She believes sports, in particular cycling, is the great way to grow that confidence in youth and applaud girls for being
Terry Esau
Terry has over 10 years in the non-profit sector, having exercised his leadership as the founder of Free Bikes 4 Kidz in 2010.
Justin Evans
Justin Evans is the Collegiate and Interscholastic Programs Manager at USA Cycling.
RJ Heckelman
R.J. Heckelman is the Director of Partnerships and Resources at Trips for Kids.
JJ Trout
JJ is Chief of Staff at PeopleForBikes. Outside of her work at PFB to make bike riding better for everyone, JJ loves mountain biking around Colorado.
Cass Isidro
Cass serves as the President and Executive Director for the Safe Routes Partnership. Cass has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience at both the Executive and Senior Staff levels.
Bill Nesper
Bill first joined the League of American Bicyclists in 2002 and brings a deep knowledge of all of the League's programs and work throughout the country.
Mercedes Ross
Mercedes is the fearless Executive Director of Project Bike Tech. A passion for inspiring the youth of today combined with her love of the bicycle industry, led her to spark the education system to accept PBT as mainstream education.
Justin Travis
Has served for the last decade as the National Coaching Director and Director of New Track Development for USA BMX.
